Cute pet-friendly home with spacious deck and backyard near the beach. Backyard has lots of wildflowers and fruit trees, and an enclosed area so your dog can wander in and out of house safely. There's a nice side street for walking which connects to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge trail through woods and marsh to Bayview Beach. We have three bikes including a cargo bike for the 6 minute bike ride to the beach. We also have some games, beach toys, dog toys, crate, and beach blankets

Borrow bikes to explore nearby Town Landing beach, Audubon, and forest trails. Walk three blocks to a local bakery for coffee. The upstairs bedroom with a king bed looks out on white pines. Furnishings have been updated, but the original woodwork is untouched. Just 4 miles up the coast from Portland, it's a wonderful base for exploring Maine's towns and beaches.
