River View Lisbon’s New Apartment

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Stay in a unique apartment in the historic center of Lisbon. You'll be 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants, but staying in a quiet street. I value the connection to the city a local host provides. I greet most of my guests in person. If I can't be present, you'll be greeted by a close friend who is also a Lisbon native. Great apartment, located in the modern and inspiring new Lisbon. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples, it has all the confort you need. You have lots of storage as well as 2 bathrooms. Close to everything! The subway is walking distance as well as the river and restaurants. The airport it´s just 5 min away.

Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, a large terrace, and a kitchen.
