It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. The villa has two floors, each of which are furnished as a separate living unit, which makes it ideal for two families who want to spend their holidays together separately. The villa was built in the 80s by our parents to spend unforgettable holidays in this beautiful area.

Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 15m2 patio.
