Our stylish newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a century-old building in the city center offers to the guests the full range of modern facilities combined with the charm of the historic italian architecture. The apartment boasts a balcony with side sea view, air conditioning in each room, a working place, a kitchen (with microwave oven and nespresso coffee machine) and bathroom with shower and bidet. Laundry service and late check-in are available for our guests free of charge.

Posizione comoda per chi arriva dall’aeroporto basta prendere il treno all’uscita direzione Terlizzi e in poco tempo si arriva in struttura che si trova a due passi dall’uscita della stazione, costo 5 euro. Nel circondario avete l'imbarazzo della scelta castel del monte, Trani, Bari a la magica alberobello la Puglia è stupenda io ne sono innamorato spero di contagiarvi

Loft in pietra con balcone sul mare

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
