This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Voted the best place to live in the Sunday Times 2024 the house was featured in the Sunday times article. The cottage has been recently refurbished with designed decor, parking onsite and a luxury welcome hamper. Austin street is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and situated only a 2 min walk from the town centre and the beautiful green meadows.

A detached timber-framed lodge with two bedrooms sleeping four people. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom with separate WC. There is also an open plan living area and kitchen. The first floor features two single bedrooms. Arrivals are available on Mondays or Fridays. You can choose to stay for: - 3 nights (Friday to Monday) - 4 nights (Monday to Friday) - 7 nights (Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday)
