Welcome to our slice of heaven! No matter the season, The Chillington is a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath retreat that has just about everything to offer. Located in Sunrise Village, you will have direct access to the trails and lifts (snow conditions permitting), as well as hiking and snowshoeing right outside your door and mountain biking nearby. The clubhouse has an indoor pool and spa, an outdoor spa and pool (heated, summer only), a fitness center, and a seasonal restaurant. You'll love it here!

Vermont lake house

A beautiful four season townhouse on lake st. Catherine, vermont . In oxbow bay. The other side is occupied by co-owner and his wife. The property has it own private dock and swim area and a place for a boat. The front has a fire pit , surrounded by chairs. There is parking for two vehicles. Beautiful view of lake through a 12’ sliding door, onto a wonderful deck, there is a privacy shield on the deck between the two spaces. On the back of camp(facing the private road) is a nice covered porch.
