This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Fully equipped for a peaceful, pleasant and carefree vacation. This apartment has a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. There are also two bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy meals or evening gatherings. During your stay, you can use the pool or a special facility with a barbecue and seating area. The pool is not heated. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.
