Peaceful and modern apartment located 8 minutes from the Royal Palace. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with a very rich local neighborhood. It has supermarkets and restaurants near by as well as bus lines that connect you to Plaza Mayor or Sol in less than 10 minutes. For reservations of 3 and 4 persons, the second bed is provided. If your reservation is just of 1 or 2 persons and want the second bed, please inform us.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
