Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. The kitchen contains everything you need, and all devices are new and quality. The bathroom is comfort and light created for relaxation time. Our new studio was carefully designed to make every guest feel comfortable and cozy.

We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

An airy apartment full of light on the top floor of an old house with steep stairs in the heart of the historic center of Rovinj, with the view of the sea over the rooftops. Set in the pedestrian zone, it is close to cafes and restaurants, so you can enjoy the town life to the full, but also sleep peacefully as the neighborhood is very quiet at night. St Euphemia church is steps away, as well as the farmers market, and you can be at the beach in two minutes.

It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

Apartman ima potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, udoban bračni krevet, Smart TV, klima-uređaj i pristup internetu. Kuća se nalazi u blizini svih sadržaja, restorana, kafića i trgovina. Mojim gostima na raspolaganju je jedno parkirno mjesto, udaljeno 600 metara od apartmana.

Utanför dörren finns en mysig lokal restaurang och en minimarket. 50 m från dörren finns havet och stranden. Stenkast därifrån hittar ni kyrkan st Euphemia och alla de andra lokala caféer, barer och restauranger. Perfekt ställe att bara koppla av och njuta av varandra och den fina staden Rovinj.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sat TV (free NETFLIX Channel) and one terrace.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.
