Unique loqhouse with lakeview near city center

This modern, unique log house was completed in 2020 as a home for a family of five. The living room's high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows make the living room very bright. The northern lights have also been admired from the sofa in the living room. Natural materials guarantee that it is good to breathe and be in the house. The location is optimal, just over 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the airport/ Santa's village. Getting there by public transport is also possible.

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. The house is your host's childhood home. This special destination is close to both the Lordi's Square (15 minutes walk) and Ounasvaara's nature making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking for guests (max 2 cars, no electric car charging!) This house is one of the few houses in Rovaniemi built before the Second World War. Pharmacy and nearest Supermarket are less than 10 minutes' walk away. Ounasvaara's nature and outdoor trails can be reached by walking directly from the yard.

I speak only English and Swedish.
