Jagdhütte Gammeringalm

Die Hütte befindet sich in 1.200 Metern Höhe auf einer idyllischen Alm. Sie ist im Sommer mit dem Auto über einen etwas steileren, grob geschotterten Forstweg zu erreichen. Wer ein SUV hat ist im Vorteil. Im Winter liegt sie direkt an der Skipiste. Direkt von der Hütte kann man zu ausgedehnten Skitouren und Schneeschuhwanderungen starten. Das Gepäck transportieren wir mit dem Polaris bei An- und Abreise. Die Hütte ist sehr urig, gemütlich und mit sehr vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, über Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, Sauna..Steyrling liegt in einem ruhigen Tal und ist von Bergen umgeben. Zum Stausee 5 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Unsere ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung (37m²), mit Blick auf das Tennengebirge, bietet einen Direkteinstieg in das Skigebiet und unseren Langlaufloipen. Im Sommer erreichen sie in nur 2 min Gehzeit den Paragleiterlandeplatz sowie zahlreiche Spazier- und Wanderwege. Der Ortskern und ein Badesee sind nur 1,5 km entfernt. Restaurants und Gasthöfe sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genießen sie die herrlichen Bergkulissen am Fuße des Tennengebirges. Wir freuen uns auf euch.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

For this chalet cleaning fee and bed linen rental are payable by airbnb. At check-in, only the overnight tax is payable (per night adults 4,50 € / children (6-15 years) 1,00 €).
