Visitors to the house are supplied with a simple breakfast and premium tea & coffee. Parties and events are not allowed. Nightly rate is for first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/night.

It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
