Newly built in August 2022, this space was dreamed, designed and built with the ultimate guest experience in mind.

Our updated carriage house offers urban charm & privacy with all the amenities you need. Separated from the main house, with private entry and door code, the spacious open living area boasts full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, smart tv & internet. The quaint queen bedroom suite offers an additional TV, bath, washer/dryer & closet. A cot, pak & play & xtra linens are tucked away in a master closet should you need! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, parks & brewpubs of Roswell!

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pups and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

We travelled the world and have brought home all the “lessons learned” from having the ultimate “home away from home” experience during our stays. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.
