Boligen er i naturskjønne omgivelser, slik at naturopplevelser som nordlys, fjellturer eller bare en rolig kveld rundt bålpanna på terrassen kan nytes. Leiligheten har to soverom, 4 enkeltsenger (90 cm), stor stue og et godt utstyrt kjøkken med koselig spiseplass. Stort bad med dusjkabinett og kombinert vaskemaskin/tørketrommel. Gratis parkering ved inngangen. Stedet ligger midt i den lille trivelige bygda Botnhamn, som er starten på nasjonal turistvei til Gryllefjord.
