The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. Wood View - Stylish Countryside Retreat with views

Welcome to “Wood View@The Old Grain House. A beautiful oak framed studio set in the grounds of our private family home. A quiet, charming part of Hereford countryside surrounded by farmland and woodland. 5 miles from Hereford, 8 miles Ross, 5 min from Holme Lacy College and 45 minute drive to Hay on Wye. Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

The Roost is a private, self contained, garden annexe apartment set in the grounds of Croft Cottage. It sleeps 3 (+1) which includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull out guest bed for a 4th person. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave & fridge. The lounge has a double height vaulted ceiling with double doors leading out onto a private patio which catches the evening sun. Perfect for watching the runner ducks foraging in the garden.

Can accommodate 3 with a z bed along with the double bedroom. **Standard booking - 2 people /1 bed made up. If you need the z bed and have only booked 2 people, please let us know in advance** The apartment is fully furnished with TV/Netflix and High Speed internet. There is also an allocated parking space 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE AROUND THE CORNER

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Explore The Wye Valley From This Beautiful Barn

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.
