Costruita in abete spessore 4,5 cm a 710 slm sorge su una piattaforma in legno a 3 mt di altezza tra una Quercia, Sorbo e Nocciolo e vi si accede sul livello piano sul lato monte . Ha una splendida vista sulla magnifica vallata del Verrino, zona soggetta a protezione, a pochi passi dal centro di Agnone. Pieno relax nella tenuta tra gli ulivi, privacy ma anche nella storia, gastronomia e cultura dell'Alto Molise.

Located 6 km from the center of Agnone, near the 'Ancient Copper Foundries' and the 'Cascate del Verrino', this beautiful country house is part of a large property located in the WILD wonderfull nature of Up per Molise, next to a river and inside a beautiful wood. Absolute comfort for the home internal temperature. EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Pets only outside. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
