Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

An intimate, quiet, bright studio on the second floor (no elevator) of a historic tenement house with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The fold-out sofa sleeps two people. Excellent communication, restaurants, cinemas, theaters in the area. The studio is completely independent and equipped for short stays. It was separated from the hosts' apartment. It is fully isolated, although it is connected to it by a corridor closed on both sides for the duration of the guests' stay.
