Kids can play, adults can relax, and dogs are welcome too. The private Tiki Bar with a jukebox 🌴🎶 adds a fun twist, while quality linens, beach towels, chilled water and thoughtful extras mean you can pack light and settle in. Close to playgrounds, skate park, walking tracks and boat ramps, yet peaceful enough to unwind.

This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

The Cottage is a unique retreat offering a deeply calm, homely feeling, set within 10 acres of pristine natural bushland. Thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with nature, it provides a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by native wildlife. Wake to the sun rising over the ocean, the gentle chorus of songbirds, and quiet encounters with wallabies and kangaroos. Begin your day with a slow sip of locally sourced organic tea or coffee, allowing the stillness of the landscape to set the tone for day.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Large, secure 9m double bay shed to store your boat and gear. Kangaroo visitors aplenty.

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Wildflower Studio

Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

The Crab Shack

The Crab Shack is a peaceful place to stay where you can relax and enjoy the surrounds, fishing and crabbing. Walk to the beach through the bush track and a short drive to the boat ramp. The town has a park for the kids and a dedicated swimming enclosure. If you are a keen fisher person you can enjoy crabbing, estuary fishing or venture to the great barrier reef. It is also a beautiful place to just sit relax and read a book.

This is your complete reset. A rustic A-frame tucked into the Queensland countryside — grasslands, gum trees, big skies — far enough from everything to feel genuinely away, close enough to Agnes Water and the southern Great Barrier Reef if you want a reason to leave (you probably won't). Soak in a claw foot bath. Cook outside. Fall asleep to silence. Bring the dog. It's a simple formula. It works every time.

The Boat in The Bush at Agnes Water

Welcome aboard Queensland's Boat in the Bush! We offer a unique accommodation experience by inviting you to stay on a comfortable sailing boat, overlooking our beautiful pristine billabong on our 40 acre property. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
