This is the main floor of a 2 story duplex. It has one private entry and one common entry. There's a full bath , kitchen, dining room ,bedroom and livingroom. There is offstreet parking. It is a nonsmoking property. We live upstairs and there is a 1 bedroom duplex beside. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom only and a portable fan. It is inspected by the provincial government and the registration number is 1201042. Also the city permit number is 044-HOC-23.
