Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Our Evergreen Cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. This is one of seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages. This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.

Our place is located in a beautiful country setting, sorrounded by trails and bike paths. Only 10 min from the city of Boulder-9.1 miles from CU, 28 miles to Estes Park and 37miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. All hotel ammenities provided for you with the personalized attention you can only get with Airbnb- fluffy white cotton robes, shower essentials, coffee/tea and snacks and a very comfortable bed.

The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.
