Our Diamond Cottage was originally built in the early 1900's. This is one of our larger cottages (approx 960 sq ft) with a king bed in the bedroom (exposed original wood logs), lovely sleeping porch with high ceilings and a queen bed (fully enclosed and heated), full kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishware, and a playroom with teepee and camping toys off the kitchen. Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.
