You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

The "Family Home" is unique since it is only 4 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 9 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 3 bedrooms on the main floor! Each bedroom has a queen size bed in it. The bathroom is also located on the main floor and there also one downstairs. Over 3,000 sq feet for you to enjoy. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, and Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store. We have many additional houses downtown in case this is booked.

This home is located in the heart of the historic Rochester, MN. Just a stones throw from the Mayo Clinic. This downtown area is packed with shops and eating establishments, all interconnected via the walking subway system, for those cold winter days. When the weather warms, beautiful parks and paths abound in an endless display of green natural space. If you find yourself here in the summer you are welcome to my organic garden.
