Brandy Station Farm Stay

This guest house is on a 54 acre horse farm in the heart of Virginia's horse country. Conveniently located to the blue ridge mountains, multiple horse show facilities, and 6 fox hunting territories. The house is newly renovated with a large front porch, open kitchen and living space with two bedrooms and a loft for sleeping. This property can accommodate travelers with horses utilizing an oak fenced pasture with a run in shed. Stalls, a riding ring, jump field and trails are also accessible.

Historic Tiny Log Cabin at Beechwood View Farm

Enjoy the beauty of each season at our historic Tiny Log Cabin, built in the 1800s and newly renovated on a beautiful farm setting. Please read all of the description below, and scroll to the bottom before booking! Note—the cabin can be warm in the summer and chilly in the winter due to the logs and chinking. There is a window unit AC and heater in the winter. Also note—the full restroom/shower is a 30 yard walk to the basement of our home. Kuerig with coffee. No refrigerator or microwave.

Romantic getaway. Large, comfortable queen bedroom/bath on Threlkeld Farm (circa 1828). Civil War buffs will enjoy being at the edge of the Brandy Station Battlefield and near the Graffiti House Museum, and St James Church. It's a great base for visiting historic sites nearby in Culpeper. This is horse country and the Warrenton Hunt sometimes hunt the farm. Wonderful resturants and history to explore in Culpeper County Virginia. We are in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Private.

The Soper House is a 1,000 sq.ft. ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms & 1 bath perfectly situated on a 5 acre farmette. Located in Fauquier County, VA. also known as Hunt, Horse & Wine country, each of the bedrooms uniquely displaying these historical themes. This charming cottage has a fully functional eat-in kitchen, a living room & a mudroom with W/D for your use. There are a few neighbors that are visible & we live in the adjacent property & can be easily available.

HB1 at Spring Haven Farm

This is a horsebarn converted into a duplex, hence the name, HB1. It has all the comforts of home including private entrance and a full equipped kitchen. It might be a bit cozy if you use the air mattress, but it can easily fit in the foyer or the living room. Children under 12 years of age stay free. We like to provide interesting objects both inside and outside the dwelling; anything from a camo shower curtain to shadow box decor.
