The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

Bramble Cottage is a semi-detached brick house with two bedrooms situated next to a glamping site with a café and small shop but has it's own driveway, enclosed garden and patio with a wood burning hot tub and gas BBQ. There is a cosy sitting room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cloakroom with washer/dryer. It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away.
