It has secure gated parking on site, is 5 miles east of the historic market town Bury St. Edmunds, 20 mins to Newmarket 45 mins to Cambridge and 30 mins to Ipswich. It is close to Blackthorpe barn, a popular events venue.

Converted from a malting building, this charming house is off the high street down a gravel drive away from noise and is a calming tranquil space to relax in. You have use of two double bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms, plus a cloakroom (downstairs loo) We have designed our house to be modern yet comfortable with lots of comfy seating, great beds and good daylight in all rooms. Located just off the high street you can walk to all the shops in two minutes.

Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", 4 miles away from the beach where you can take nice long walks along the coastline.

We can even arrange for a masseuse and personal chef to visit you at your luxury cottage, part of the Serenity Cottages collection in Suffolk. Bicycles can be hired too, and your dogs are very welcome for a supplement. Coaching inn historic pub, within village. Vegetarian restaurant: 3 miles. Chocolatier, restaurants: 4 miles.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
