There are two double bedrooms, one with a Super King bed the other with a King size bed and a bunk bed. There are great walks and bike rides either along the sea wall or on the beach, and some fantastic seafood eateries. Mersea Island is off the coast of Essex, 9 miles southeast of Colchester, just one hour from London.

The Old Piggery is a 5 minute walk to the beach with incredible views looking onto the river Stour estuary. As a recent conversion it has a modern, open plan layout with large French windows in both the living area and each bedroom, filling the house with natural light.
