Cleugh Foot (pronounced Clue Foot) is one of the original buildings on the Netherby Estate, overlooking acres of parkland along the River Esk. Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!

The Fold is a unique, hand-crafted shepherds hut situated on the site of a 200 year old sheepfold. Welcome to Tom's place, a detached guest suite situated on our farm. We are dog friendly, and can accept one small dog in this accommodation at a small additional charge of £10. We have other accommodation available for more than one or larger dogs - please just ask. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Blackford is a peaceful place to stay, close by to the M6, Lake District, Borders and Hadrians Wall.

We are a stunningly renovated terraced cottage. The contemporary open plan living area with comfy sofas, wood burner, cosy bedroom with SIMBA mattress and contemporary en-suite bathroom. From the moment you step through the door your relaxing break will begin. In the garden there is also private Hot Tub underneath a secluded pergola and access to the River Esk is via the back garden.

Skiddaw is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes Glamping to a new level. Head outside to the private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or a soak in the hot tub reading a good book.
