This is an ideal beauty spot for touring a wonderful region of Scotland. You will find Cawdor a stunning central location for sightseeing the Highlands. A warm welcome awaits you at the Hankir Bay, a stunning log cabin with hot tub, complimentary wine, wood burner and stunning views over the Sutor hills. Its interior, full of charm & character of a quirky nautical theme. A 20 min scenic walk to the historic Cawdor Castle & the award winning Tavern known for their exceptional culinary delights.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling with fantastic views over Loch Ness. The property has its own private patio and hot tub.

The Cabin is an open plan, newly built unit with hot tub, set in its own private grounds with ample parking. With stunning views of Ben Wyvis, we are on the NC500 route and also close to plenty amenities including golf courses, many beautiful walks and restaurants. The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

Hillhaven Lodge

Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove. Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!

Situated on a working farm on the banks of the River Nairn, this recently renovated 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect retreat for families, couples and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle but with all your home comforts and close to essential amenities. Cosy up in front of the log burning stove, relax in the hot tub (open all year around) with a view of the river running by or enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in the nearby tavern.

Juniper Hut 500

Wood lined hut set in woodland in a peaceful location with a pond nearby but with easy access to Inverness, North Coast 500 and the west coast. It has spectacular views of Ben Wyvis where the sun sets at night. This is a new hut we have built next door to our Red Hut 500 which has been so successful but it has the benefit of a small kitchen. The Hot tub is booked separately and paid for on arrival, the hot tub is £25 per night.

Essich Park - 2BR - Hot Tub - Amazing Views

Luxury cottage with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 babies due June 2026. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one superking, one king). The cottage is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.
