There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Sit back & relax in this calm, cosy space. Set within the grounds of our gated family home in Detling located on the slope of the North Downs, 4 miles north east of Maidstone, & on the Pilgrims' Way. Whether you want a relaxing get away or want to explore many of the wonderful walks and bike trails the north downs have to offer you can be sure to find a warm and cosy place to stay at the end of the day. We have a very friendly dog who will be on hand to greet you along with 2 young children

Set in the ancient picturesque village of Wrotham, a self contained lovingly converted annex with a private entrance. A two min walk to the village high street with its three pubs and village shop. Borough Green is a mile away with direct trains to London in 35 - 45 mins. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and amazing walks. Free on street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

A charming self contained small barn conversion in a semi rural location. An open plan kitchen, huge bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and new. Enjoy a long soak in the Victorian cast iron bath, long lie-ins in the superking bed, walks on your doorstep, games on the huge sofa or wander down to the village for an abundance of drinks and food. So much to see and do locally too and only 1hr from London. Please check pet policy.
