Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

A spacious first floor suite with uninterrupted views across the fields. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A super king bed aids restful sleep with rain shower en-suite. It benefits from having a small self contained bunk room for the children giving space but having them with you. A very small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. A pretty, well-equipped and homely two bedroom terraced property situated in a quiet and lovely area of Chandler's Ford. Marwell Zoo, the New Forest, Paulton's Park/Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu, Isle of Wight ferry links and south coast beaches are a short drive away with excellent motorway and rail links. Ideal for contractor/business stays as well as families, couples and friends. Walk to the local shops and take a stroll to the beautiful Hiltingbury Lakes and local nature reserve.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
