Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Hinchingbrooke Country Park hosts park runs, walks and woodland events with lots of outdoor activities. The area has listed Mills and great restaurants.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

‘The Little Bobbin’ is as the name suggests! Little, cosy, home from home with everything you might need whilst ‘bobbing in’. It is a ‘one of a kind’, small guesthouse ideal for short stays. The Little Bobbin is surrounded by gorgeous countryside whilst being within easy reach of the A1. Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Easy striking distance of Cambridge, Peterborough and Bedford for business and Burghley House/Horse Trials, Duxford Imperial War Museum, National Trust properties and a 6-minute drive from Grafham Water Sailing Club for pleasure. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

A tiny, quaint, timber framed, thatched building in the owner's front garden, offering a romantic stay with complete privacy for two people. King size bed plus en-suite shower and toilet, TV, microwave, mini fridge with breakfast, tea, coffee and free Wi-Fi. It is an incredibly peaceful place to stay -fall asleep to the hoot of owls and be woken by bird song. It’s located in the quintessentially English village of Elsworth, 8 miles from Cambridge.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.

'The Maid's cottage was a perfect retreat and photos don't do it justice'. Our cottage is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with children to have a relaxing retreat in this cosy home, with its own hot tub. We feel it is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children, who would be happy to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. The garden is enclosed and perfect for dogs. It was completely renovated in 2020 and opened in late 2021.

Situated on the fringe of a picturesque North Bedfordshire village, Middle Cottage is perfect for a peaceful breakaway. Country strolls, a round of golf at award winning Pavenham Park Golf Club, or a drink at the local pub are all a stone's throw away.
