A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

The Old Tannery

A traditional sandstone barn conversion, with a sheltered garden in the beautiful village of Temple Sowerby. Located in the Eden Valley you will be well placed for trips to the Lakes or the Dales. In the village there is a local pub offering 'Day Fishing Licences' on the local river, a church and 'The House at Temple Sowerby' if you prefer some 'Fine Dining'. A short beautiful walk will bring you to 'Acorn Bank' National Trust House, with spectacular walks along the river and a tea room.

Nestled in the Eden valley, it is very close to explore the Lake District or the Pennines and not far from the Scottish border. Transport is easy, 5 minutes from jct 40 at Penrith, on the A686. 1.5 hours from Newcastle and a 10 min walk from the Carlisle/Settle/Leeds station line.

Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).
