Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. Originally stables, the cottage has been sustainably converted to one-up-one-down self-catering accommodation. Double bed, shower, washing m/c, sofa-bed & well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to via public transport. 10 min walk from station and 5 mins to bus stops. Very close to shops, cafes etc. Cycle parking available. There is usually space to park a car on the drive, but be aware that the entrance is a bit narrow. We also have an EV charger. We have swifts nesting between May and August.

Bluebell is nestled in its own private garden overlooking the sea and stunning Rhinog Mountains. Picturesque hiking trails are on your doorstep with Harlech beach, town and castle a short walk away. The area has plenty on offer; scenic steam railways, the unique village of Portmeirion, sandy beaches, the excitement of Zipworld, numerous castles and Mount Snowdon (to name a few!) are just a car ride away. If you prefer not to venture out, you could always enjoy a game on our pétanque pitch!

From the patio enjoy the magnificent views of the Eryri mountains. The perfect location for hikers with walks from the doorstep.
