Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

Kapacitet kuće je za 4 osobe, s jednom spavaćom sobom s bračnim krevetom i kaučem na razvlačenje u dnevnom boravku za dvije osobe. Tu je i velika terasa s prekrasnim pogledom na more. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.
