At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Cosy and comfortable cottage offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen. In the garden there is hot tub, sauna, a fireplace and a BBQ, where you can prepare food and enjoy the memorable sunsets. The charming interior of the cottage is a combination of wood, glass and stone. The retreat at the cottage Sončni Grič embraced by vineyards, forest and warbling birds will connect you with the nature and her healing powers. The Sončni Grič is located just a step away from highway exit Trebnje East.

PAŽNJA: Tijekom travnja 2026. povremeno se izvode radovi na obnovi krovne terase. Terasa i jacuzzi neće biti dostupni. Stoga se odobrava popust od 25 %. Za zajedničko korištenje sa do 4 druge osobe, na 2. katu: krovna terasa sa hidromasažnim bazenom i infinity bazenom 30 m2, dubina vode 30/110 cm, ležaljke, garnitura za sjedenje. Bazen u upotrebi: 15.05.-30.09. Grijana voda. Parking na parceli pored kuće, uvijek raspoloživ i bez naknade. Punjenje električnog automobila moguće (uz doplatu).

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
