Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

*Grupe mladih ispod 26 godina nisu dozvoljene. Smještena svega 4 km od šljunčanih plaža i tirkiznog mora Rapca, Vila Manola savršen je izbor za opuštajući odmor. Vila se nalazi u malom naselju Ripenda, u blizini Labina, te pruža potpunu privatnost. Na potpuno ograđenom imanju nalazi se bazen površine 38 m², okružen ležaljkama za sunčanje, vanjskim tušem i natkrivenom terasom s udobnim sjedećim garniturama. Vanjska blagovaonica i roštilj idealni su za uživanje u toplim ljetnim večerima.

Living area is an open space with panoramic windows and direct access to the covered terrace provided with outdoor sitting area. From your apartment you can access to the pool and the sundeck with your own designated area and complimentary sun loungers.

Apartment occupies the entire second floor of our villa and - apart from the large front terrace - has 2 side terraces and a private garden. Swings for kids and private BBQ available in the garden. Our villa is at the end of a residential street and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, with olive, lemon, clementine, fig and kiwi trees.
