The perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. This immaculately tidy 3 bedroom/2 bath home sits on a huge .25 acre lot in the heart of Rio Rancho. The quiet, low traffic street ensures that everyone, from family with children to traveling business executives will feel safe and secure. A short ten minute walk gives you access to a huge park complete with dog park and tennis courts. Don't pass up an opportunity to book this jewel. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room.
