My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. Here you have both: The view and the walking distance to the beach. Nice beach “Playa Los Cedros” in the front, good for combing and swimming. ( If you want to use the AC , I charge an electricity amount extra. ) 4x4 needed for the area/ driveway. Ask for details !
