Welcome to our sweet little carriage house in the Fan District on historic Monument Ave. Carriage houses are stand-alone buildings from days when people had carriages instead of cars. These lovely old two-story buildings date to the early 1900s, but the indoors here is modernized, offering quiet, elegant privacy in the very center of the bustling Fan. We live in the main house; you will be in back private guesthouse, which you will have for yourself, but we are nearby if anything comes up!

It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.

2 story 900 square foot Guest House. Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen with Brick Floor. Upstairs there are 2 double beds, one is a built in with a memory foam mattress and the other is an antique painted white full size bed with a pillow top mattress. Flooring is laminate. Bathroom with shower. Private Porch off of bedroom. There is also a gas grill available for your convenience.
