The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Black Bear Lake House

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Private Farmhouse

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
