It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Welcome to this calm, stylish 1950s mid century home nestled on the edge of the great city of Fort Worth! With a large view stretching out across the valley containing Lake Worth and the NAS Joint Reserve Base. One of the most complete sunset views available in Fort Worth. Special trips for the air shows and 4th of July fireworks over the lake. Access to most of Fort Worth within 20 minutes and loop 820 provides full access to all of the DFW area. 30 minute direct drive to/from DFW airport.

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
