It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. The Birkebeiner cross country ski trail and scores of other mountain biking, hiking, and snowmobiling trails are close by plus other public recreation opportunities (hunting, snowshoeing, bird watching, etc) abound in the nearby National Forest lands. Several other lakes, including Lake Namekagon and Lake Owen, are nearby for your boating and fishing pleasure.

After a full day, wind down in the hot tub - which is available for you to enjoy year round!

Lakeview Retreat

Our place is a welcoming tranquil retreat. The modern home is set on 88 acres of land, which includes beautiful views (no lake access) of nearby Bass Lake. The house can accommodate 8 people in comfort. The land includes extensive walking trails to view the abundance of wildlife. Siren, Webster and Danbury are located within miles to the West and Shell Lake and Spooner are to the East, with Duluth and Hayward approximately an hour away.

Relax in this cozy lakefront cabin. This north woods themed cabin is perfect for a couple looking for a weekend or week-long getaway. The cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen, a 3/4 bathroom and a separate living area. Relax outside on the attached, covered deck or walk 30 feet to your own dock. Bring your boat and enjoy all that the Chetek Chain of Lakes has to offer. Or rent one of our pontoons by the hour or by the day.
