The villa is divided in 2 separate apartments. Depending on the number of persons, you will have access to the upper, the lower or both apartments. Only one family at a time. Totally private! No other people in the villa or the pool! The upper apartment has 1 bedroom with king size bed (180x200 with2 mattresses), big bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet, open kitchen, dining room, large living room with nice open views, balcony. Air-conditioning in the bedroom. Ideal for 2 people. The lower apartment has 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bathroom, open kitchen, living room. Bedrooms have air-conditioning. (up to 4 persons). Both apartments have: Big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee machine, safe deposit box, air-conditioning, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. Before reserving please read the special house rules regarding utility charges.
