Santa Fe is 25 minutes away with nearby access to many US Forest areas, the Pecos National Monument, the Village of Pecos, and the Pecos River. The water is chemical free! The large acreage here is also used for tent camping in the summer months near the little lake and RV Sites are scattered with one being beside this house.

The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. If you are interested in hiking or exploring, this is the perfect place, or you can simply relax and enjoy some quite solitude on the mountain. Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. (Note: our second retreat space, inside main house, has private bath, kitchen use, library and LR.)
