Douro River Mirror - Downtown's Apartment with River View Balcony & Garage

The apartment has been equipped and decorated with the singular purpose of providing guests with a memorable stay. It`s centrally located within walking distance to all tourist attractions in Porto downtown. Guests have access to all the facilities of the apartment and a parking space in the garage. Upon arrival, we will welcome you, check you in, and share tips on what to do or what and where to eat in the city, as well as answer to any other questions you may have. During your stay, we are always on hand to assist you whenever you deem necessary. The property is set in the historical center, adjacent to the Ribeira area, full of iconic buildings and magnificent views of the Douro river. It is a 5 minute walk to the section of the 14th-century Fernandina wall and Santa Catarina Street. The apartment is 600 meters / 9 minutes walk from the metro and train S. Bento station with connection to the airport (+/-35 min trip) At Avenida dos Aliados, you can find the most varied buses that will allow you to quickly reach the beaches, Foz or anywhere within the city or its outskirts, not served by the metro network. If you drive to Porto... In the center of the city, during the night (20h00 - 08h00) and weekends, street parking is free, however during the day, it´s paid and you can only park two hours at a time. There are several parks nearby, we can recommend the better ones during the check-in. Alternatively, if you´re interested, I can book you a private transfer to get you to the apartment. It costs 9€/person (children until the age of 6 don´t pay and from 6 to 12 they pay half price) and it takes 20 minutes to get there from the airport (it can be used for 1 person but will cost 18€ anyway). The driver would wait for you at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. Free private parking is available in the building. Bathroom towels and linens are provided. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.

O apartamento é muito luminoso e espaçoso e tem uma grande varanda ideal para um magnífico pequeno-almoço com vista sobre a cidade. A cama (king size 180 × 200 cm) do quarto principal é magnífica! O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e luminoso, com localização central, 10 minutos a pé da estação de metro (directo para o aeroporto), do centro da cidade e da zona comercial (Rua de Santa Catarina). Localizado a uma curta distância da Sé Catedral e da Avenida dos Aliados. O apartamento tem três quartos duplos e duas casas de banho (com chuveiro), uma sala de estar/jantar/cozinha (equipada com frigorífico, fogão, forno, microondas e máquina de lavar roupa), com uma agradável varanda. Está também equipado com televisão com canais internacionais e acesso à Internet. O apartamento está localizado num bairro residencial muito tranquilo e foi totalmente renovado, incluindo a substituição das janelas por janelas de elevada eficiência. Apesar disso, note que em JUNHO em toda a cidade há festividades populares e provavelmente haverá alguma música (barulho) até tarde. When requested, and by appointment, guided city tours can also be arranged. O bairro das belas artes é descontraído e cheio de vida. Nas ruas encontramos os estudantes a desenhar e as lojas típicas de um bairro, recheadas de produtos frescos.

Situado numa rua típica do Porto, este apartamento beneficia de uma excelente localização no centro histórico da cidade, perto de lojas, serviços, da icónica região da Ribeira e da Ponte de D. Luís. Quando chega ao prédio tem um lance de escadas até ao primeiro piso.
