On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

This lovely newly decorated 3 bedroom house is perfect for families and is only a 10 min walk to rhos on sea beach and village. The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Located on a quiet cul de sac and benefiting from panoramic views of the sweeping North Wales coast. There are two good pubs offering live music within a short walking distance and beautiful trails right on the doorstep. Private parking for 2 cars.

Private Garden Annexe beautifully furnished

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest.
