This lovely newly decorated 3 bedroom house is perfect for families and is only a 10 min walk to rhos on sea beach and village. The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Isfryn is a stylish and beautifully furnished terraced property nestled in the quaint hillside village of Penrhynside, on the outskirts of the ‘Queen of Welsh Resorts’, Llandudno and within easy access to the historic town of Conwy and Snowdonia. The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
