La piscine & le jardin sont des espaces partagés avec les hôtes et quelquefois par d'autres invités de la maison principale. We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Hortense, grange 2/4 pers à « ÔRacines du Calme »

Cette ancienne grange datant du XV ème siècle fut une magnanerie! D'une superficie de 75 mètres carrés, elle est composée d'une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, coin salon avec canapé lit, poêle à bois..., et à l'étage une grande chambre avec salle de bain. Petit canapé lit d'appoint dans la chambre si besoin Ayant vue sur les jardins et la piscine, vous avez directement accès à l'esplanade du tilleul pour déjeuner dehors, et au reste des jardins, avec accès direct à la forêt .

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

La casa nasce dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio fienile con un ciliegio in giardino .....oggi e' diventata Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio... Immersa in un ampio giardino gode di una splendida vista sulla nostre montagne . Nei mesi invernali , il sole non scalderà le vostre giornate ma il calore del camino rendera' unico il soggiorno. Casa Vacanze " Il Ciliegio " è situata in una zona strategica alle porte del Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso .

Ce logement occupe une ancienne étable voûtée , à laquelle nous avons rajouté une construction plus moderne pour l'aménagement d'une cuisine et d'une salle de Bain. Nous avons essayé d'apporter une ambiance chaude et poétique, en utilisant un mélange pierre et bois. Grâce à de grande porte vitrée cette appartement et lumineux. A vingt minutes à pied, vous pourrez rejoindre un plan d'eau (en été). Nombreuses randonnées pédestre ou à bicyclette.

Comfortable suite in a renovated barn building entirely for you, isolated in the mountains, on the edge of a forest trail that is accessible by car in the summer and by foot in the winter (on cross-country skis and mountain bikes).

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
