The Snug is a modern self contained compact studio,recently renovated ,situated in a good location in the village of Ullapool,close to all local amenities. One of a few ,local guest accommodations that accepts one night stays. The Snug has a double bed (Simba ) ,shower, toilet, TV, ( free view) free WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee machine, also towels/linen supplied.A small fridge on site. Best suited for couples or singles. Free on street parking & not in Cul de Sac or right outside my neighbours!

The Hide - off-grid-ish woodland cabin near NC500

The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Mid Nov - Mar we have a winter mode as the water can freeze.

Situated at the end of an 8 mile single track road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

It is quiet, isolated and forms the perfect base for a wide range of outdoor activities such as hill climbing, kayaking, walking and fishing all available locally. Large glass sliding doors allow floor to ceiling views of the sea, sky and Summer Isles.

Own private stairs and entrance and folding door open from the open plan sitting room and kitchen to a glass fronted balcony. One double bedroom with en suite shower room. All electric. Colour TV, Wifi and shared private parking area. Very central for all the amenities of this pretty fishing village which are within within a few minutes walk.

Relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife at this unique location, secluded amongst scots pine and birch trees with stunning views, close to the NC 500 and also right on the door step of a Corbet and a Munro for hill walking. There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. Croft House Bothy in Heart of Highlands
