Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a projector are included. Pets are welcome (€25 per pet/night). Towels and bed linens are provided. Parking is available directly at the building, and snack and drink vending machines are just steps away.

Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Koblenz Metternich. Das Stadtzentrum befindet sich 4,5 km weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße. Supermärkte (5 Min) , eine Bank (5 Min), eine Apotheke (20 sec), das Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus BWZK (7 Min) und die Uni Koblenz (2 Min) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es auf Anfrage direkt vor dem Haus. Kostenfrei auch in den Nebenstraßen.

The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, guest WC. A terrace in the garden is reserved for guests. The beds are made according to your wishes, towels are provided.
