Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Packed with period features, the property has been refurbished to provide stylish holiday living with quality fixtures and furnishings. No pets. Owners are allergic to dogs. INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.

Sadly we cannot accept any pets as we have livestock on the farm.
