Welcome to “Southwold Snug” This cosy self-contained studio style apartment has its own private access and free on street parking. It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

3 St James Green, Southwold

Cosy cottage in an excellent location, a minute from the beach, within crawling distance of the Sole Bay Inn, with the lighthouse a mere beam away. Three bedrooms: front bedroom has twin beds & views of the lighthouse, two back bedrooms - one with a single bed leading into second room with a queen-sized double. Number of guests is limited to 4. Due to the configuration of the stairs/access to the bathroom, the cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility/possibly young children.

Hedge Lodge

Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or oodles of family fun, here you can return to nature with a little bit of first world luxury thrown in. Our Mongolian built yurt - or ger - sleeps up to 5 and comes complete with wood burner for those cooler evenings (and the freezing ones of course). With your own cooking and washing facilities very close by you don't have to do everything outside in the elements - your choice of course! But if you want to luxuriate in the Jacuzzi hot tub then out you go...

Tides Southwold, stylish house near beach and town

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Purbeck

Purbeck is a short walk (10/15 mins) into Southwold. Southwold offers a good choice of independent shops including ‘The Yard’ a newly opened waffle shop, Two Magpies Bakery and Mills family Butchers. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you fancy a beach day there are plenty of places to enjoy a coffee and food,Gunhill Kiosk .There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay, Adnams tours , golf, walks and shopping

You will be well looked after staying with us. Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.
